You can find this from Koottukari Food Products and goes with a spicy biriyani and rice.  Inspired by a trip to North Kerala a few years ago, I decided to prepare some Beetroot pickle when I came across some freshly picked beets.  I didn’t let this pickle rest and prepared a tiny batch, so that was a little crunchy; if you let it sit, it will   be softer.
